Step 1

Book an Estimate

Schedule an estimate appointment with our team. During your visit, we will assess the damage and provide a repair estimate. This appointment typically takes 30-60 minutes.

Step 2

Schedule Repairs

During your estimate appointment we will schedule your vehicle for repairs at a convenient time. If your repair is going though an insurance claim, we will work directly with your insurance company to coordinate approval.

Step 3

Vehicle Repair

Bring your vehicle in on your scheduled repair date and time. We’ll complete the repairs and keep you updated along the way. Once your vehicle is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup.

The job was delayed due to needing to order a part directly from the car manufacturer. Once they received the part it only took a couple of days to get the job done. All the staff were very courteous and professional. They even vacuumed out my car before returning it to me which was a pleasant surprise. The paint color and parts are a perfect match. I also appreciated the thorough interior clean-up, my car looks even better than it did when I dropped it off. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The location is convenient for waiting on an estimate, as there’s a cafe nearby and a lovely waterfront to explore. This shop is busy because the auto body team is truly talented. Pat is passionate about his craft, and I’m grateful to have had my car repaired here.
